Yeah cause eida makes everyone fall for her,but the unaffected ones are in love with someone else... I suspect that even people who will start falling in love with others will gain their memories back of Boruto,for example Konohamaru who is falling for Moegi

thats debatable since shikamaru is in love with tenmari but is affected by eidas charm
