Okay I get that Ikumi doesn't want to get pregnant but I will have to argue with what you said about Chiharu. The guy obviously loves and treasures Ikumi a lot

That's okay, we can differ, np. But Chiharu''s actions tell me he is more interested in sex than anything else, his love for Ikumi is far from obvious. He smirks and teases Ikumi all the time despite Ikumi's discomfort in accepting he is a pregman. He has rescued Ikumi a couple of times bc they're friends but also to protect his claim to that azz. He doesn't support him or help him feel better about himself, He is always trying to get him pregnant without considering the long term consequences. It aint free to raise a kid and his parents would not approve of Ikumi...he just wants to impregnate him to possess him completely. Yeah that is how love in yaoi works but I'm not buying it. I've stayed with the story hoping to see some character development with Chiharu but the plot gets lost in the smut in most chapters.

Thank you for understanding the difference in our point of view as well as giving me a piece of your mind. While I respect your point of view, here is my take on this. I think that it just so happened that there were a lot of sex scenes because Ikumi is a pregman and he tends to get in heat. Chiharu is helping him because he's a friend and also because he knows what might happen to Ikumi if he spreads pheromones around. If he wasn't in love with Ikumi and only wants to impregnate him because of his possessiveness, he could've done that a long time ago. But he didn't because he respects and loves Ikumi. Also, he always asks for Ikumi's consent and he also listens to what Ikumi wants to do.
