“They’ve actually always known each other but just forgot” is oddly one of my least favorite cliches in romance plots, idk I guess I hate the feeling of love or connection being predestined. Love by mere chance is way more romantic to me lol. On second note, being so horny for a man that you’re willing to pay for a peasant’s dentistry fees just to see him is so hilarious to me. This story really has a creative setup and just fumbled with a rushed and, again, extremely cliche ending. Could have been a brilliant comedy.
I feel like this little story, although simple, did a good job of expressing the freedom yet uncertainty that often comes with a queer life. Trying to figure things out, not sure what you really want at first, testing out different scenarios, meeting other people who don’t know what they really want…Felt very realistic. I liked this
