I think looking at the overall story might give you perspective.
You see Shiwoo was abused by someone else before he got into relationship with Hyun. Back then everytime he got beat up, he'd come to Hyun and he'd patch Shiwoo up. Later on Shiwoo and Hyun got in a relationship and the abuse stopped, everything was rosy. Then Hyun was hanging out with other girls so Shiwoo got jealous and slept with his doc/college friend. Hyun caught them red handed and started beating up Shiwoo. Now Shiwoo would get beat up by Hyun and go to his doc/friend to get patched up. Also when the abuse got too extreme on his friend's advice Shiwoo ghosted Hyun. Till this point Shiwoo is still in love with Hyun. Hyun is abusing Shiwoo so he is afraid of Hyun. Hyun is still his first love and only reprive he got when he desperately needed one.
Now about Yujin, I don't think Shiwoo actually loved Yujin when he was confessed to. Yujin was more like a younger brother to him so he put distance in between them. Years later, Yujin comes back in his life, is all grown up now and still loves him. Yujin was being pushy even after being rejected once he still wanted to be with Shiwoo. Since they are both adults now Shiwoo started a sexual relationship with him. Since he is still not over Hyun(both abuse and love), he is conflicted. Just when he started leaning towards Yujin, Hyun made a come back ofc he got pulled. He had been longing for Hyun in some way(not the abuse part). This is I think very common in abuse victims where they ignore the abuse and cling onto the part they love. Same way Shiwoo longs for the fluffy days of their relationship. I would like to call his decision of going to Hyun a misjudged decision on his part which could have been avoided. But it happened and he regreted it immedeatly after. Also he knew this is all gonna hurt Yujin so even if he wanted to be with Yujin now he shoulsn't for Yujin's sake. After going through same thing 2wc and betraying/hurting Yujin Shiwoo thinks he probably deserves it. How Yujin reacted was also wrong. Instead of getting Shiwoo out of there he joined them. He too later regretted his actions.
Bottom line none of the characters are straight-laced. Hyun, Yujin and Shiwoo all did something horrible to eachother and faced consequences. I doubt Shiwoo alone is to blamed for it all. Finally I think Shiwoo now truly wants to move on and be with Yujin. I wouldn't judge Shiwoo for it all though.

But as a reader and in perspective of a person who read this manhwa,I still feel something isn’t quite right about the plot
I wasn’t expecting a perfectly well done story and all
But the author made it seem like they were in love before
So that part kinda lacks something
Because as you said,he probably saw him as younger brother even tho it seems like Shiwoo was supposed to be in love with Yujin even before his relationship with Hyun

Another part which doesn’t make sense to me logically,is when he was at the hospital. I get it that he was feeling guilty so he said that to Yujin, but I don’t get it why he still ACTUALLY came back with Hyun even tho he didn’t have a bit love for him in that time

Shiwoo has been a lonely soul. When he met Yujin as kids Yujin got attached fast and Shiwoo liked someone clinging to him. Also Yujin's family was accepting towards Shiwoo. Yujin confessed to Shiwoo when he was still in middle school. Shiwoo had just graduated high school he thought Yujin being young might be confusing his like with love. That is why he put some distance inbetween. Though they had an amiable relationship Shiwoo was never sexually attracted to Yujin until recently.
About the hospital part, it happened after they had threesome and Yujin quit as his manager. Now Hyun is his manager again. Shiwoo must be guilt ridden that he made Yujin do something(3P) that is not in his nature. Also it must have hurt Yujin sharing someone he loves(Shiwoo) with someone he knows Shiwoo was/is in love with(Hyun). Besides he must have been scared for Yujin's safety too.
It is a bumpy story, I don't expect everyone to understand everything. You may find things lacking now but when you read it as a whole I'm sure you'll find all your answers. The recent update kind of messes with people's head bc the scenario's incomplete.

Also, it could be that the author wants to show that Shiwoo was actually in love with Yujin all along but he ran away bc he either couldn't identify or acknowledge his feelings for Yujin since they were both young. Though it didn't seem that way to me so far.

He keeps nagging and blaming Sarang every time he does something wrong
Call me a jerk or whatever,but using your bad experiences and ‘hard’ life to be a shitty homophobic and bratty kid,is pathetic and annoying

I think it's more that he was forced to live with his dad who was a homophobic asshole and likely would've hit him if he didn't agree with him. I don't think he actually hates his brother or has anything against gay people, he just hates that his family was split and he had that fear and bias beaten into him from a young age which even his dad has come to see as a mistake as he's gotten older. These characters are a bit more complex than a lot of the more run of the mill Yaois, I think he'll have a change of heart eventually. Also, can we all agree that almost every shitty thing Woojung does is for Seohee because she is trash can incarnate? Just sayin'.

I think I understand your point
His life hasn’t been perfect and i’m not denying that
There are many people with many hardships who turn into successful people in their career instead of blaming people. I know that people deal with hardships differently,but what i’m trying to say is that this isn’t the best way to deal with your hardships
Specially when they justify every bad actions by past experiences, him helping Seohee has nothing to do with Sarang yet he finds a way to somehow connect this to his ‘bad’ life
Plus,it’s really a childish way to run away from his actions. Dealing with your homophobic dad who will quickly hate you for what you are for your whole life ( Sarang I mean ) is a much greater pain and yet Woojung expected Sarang to take that and he expected his mother to leave him behind and treat him like trash too
He also did the same thing to Sarang as his father did
And I don’t why is it so hard for him to understand that if he hadn’t hated Sarang for what he is and also supported him and his mother with their decision ( and maybe left with them),maybe he wouldn’t have had a ‘bad’ life
I also do understand that living with a father like that isn’t easy ( even tho he’s just like his father ) but i still blame him for his ‘bad’ life
I mean the situation was avoidable
