Accidentally hit dislike... I agree with you tho, I rlly hate it when the author makes the 2nd lead/antagonist too inhumane, like c'mon I'd rather sympathize with the 2nd lead/antagonist. This really reminds me of most shoujo manga (which are cringe) I would've dropped it already if it wasn't gl, but I'll give it a try.
Aw man, I honestly would've preferred it if Reicchi was cheating on Kaoru instead of just dating her out of pity. I mean he could be doing both, or he could actually be in love with her, but I highly doubt that seeing as how he reacted to Kaoru saying that he didn't actually love her. I know that Reicchi isn't purposely being a dick (assuming that he's dating her out of pity), but his stupid decision to date and marry Kaoru out of pity and for people's sake is a dick move.
