THEY DON'T EVEN GET DIVORCED!?!? That's it I'm out of here. I was baited. I thought she'd have a chance to break his heart into tiny little pieces and have him crawl on his knees. But NOPE. This is all just torture with no relief.
There are other manhuas out there that have better revenge stories on MLs I have yet to read. Unlike the FL here, I know how to move on to better things. BYE.
??????BITCH??????? Now you want to get rid of the one person who makes your son happy?? You selfish old wh*re.
You even wanted the lessons to continue on time, but didn't you just hear that the reason it stopped early was because your son wasn't feeling well, or did your son's well-being just not matter to you AGAIN. As usual, all that matters to you is that YOU'RE happy and comfortable, right? you alcoholic good for nothing.
Why don't you f*cking do something about your miserable life. Get a divorce. Get a job. Take responsibility for your son. And stop screwing around, literally. Stop screwing that kid driver, who probably met you when he was like 10 years old.
Hahhaa desurved. Glad FL is putting it in ML's face. How could you just attack her family like that.
Also, now that they know that's his son, I wonder if they'll acknowledge the fact that he was an adult who got FL pregnant when she was a teen though. They did acknowledge it multiple times before, but now I'm wondering if they'll bring it up again by explaining it to the family.
By my calculations, with the son being around 4 years old, and FL being just a freshman in college, assuming she's 18-20 years old now... yikes. The numbers don't seem good y'all.
Gonna drop. Will occasionally peek to see what's happening but won't read fully anymore. This is the tregedy-esque type manhwas I refuse to read.
ML is gross for his mommy-issue related attraction to the former queen and by extension to FL. And now that that's a fact in the story, it can never be redeemed for me. Like no matter what they tell me in the story to say that ML will love FL truly as herself and not as the queen, I wouldn't be convinced, since that's already the foundation of his attraction to her. It's sickening how he's using FL as a scandal to help his sister. Like bro, your sister is a monster and so are you. You've both done nothing good for the FL.
And for FL, it looks like I'll be bound for disappointment if I tried to hope if she would make a clear resolute decision to abhor them from then on. Would it be too much to ask for some decisiveness instead of instantly wavering at the slightest words or display of affection? Like, once you've found out everything, about how you're being used and abused, can you make the firm decision to hate ML, or will you just be a light switch constantly flickering on and off about loving him or hating him?
Uhmmm is it just me... or does it feel like a detail was lazily last-minute revised before releasing this story?
I'm talking about the the relationship status of a certain character to FL. You know, the supposed "best friend of stepbrother" who nearly sexually harassed FL in her sleep when he was drunk?
Does it not look obvious to anyone else that his character seems... like he was originally meant to actually be FL's stepbrother?
I'm fairly sure he's originally written to be the FL's stepbrother. And then maybe the manhwa or studio just decided to revise him to become "best friend of stepbrother" (solely clarified through dialogue) to either avoid an incest warning tag or some kind of mature audience rating or something.
They kept using key words like "sickening" or "disgusting", or something like that whenever he tried to confess that he has feelings for FL.
I mean, come on, "Jung Seojoon" they didn't even bother to change his last name? It's literally the same last name as FL and FL's father obviously.
And the explanation as how he got in the house is because a maid invited him in? What?? That's a weird explanation as to how he got into the house. Pretty sure he was originally meant to be able to get in the house because he lives in it with FL as her stepbrother.
That's probably the reason why FL wanted to desperately escape from the house and is incredibly weirded and disgusted and betrayed by him when he starts to confess he has feelings for her.
Like, does it make sense the best friend of her stepbrother is randomly at a family dinner with FL, ML, and FL's father in that one chapter?
Does it make sense that the story has an exposition about how the FL's father had a son of his own and made FL's mom raise him, which sounded important, but the story NEVER shows the son?
They just made sure all the dialogues state that he's the *best friend* of FL's stepbrother, but by the way the story is treating him, and the number of plot holes around him, I am conclusively certain, he was initially written to be the stepbrother of FL, but was revised last-minute to instead be the *best friend* of the stepbrother.
ML hasn't suffered enough. I want to see him suffer as much as FL did that day. So what if he gets nightmares, that's so easy to endure in comparison. FL went through hell and back, abandoned, humiliated, then birthing and raising a child all alone while working. Meanwhile ML was married to some other chick f*cking her senseless probably, trying to get an heir that time, with only some minor inconvenient insomnia.
I need ML to be publicly humiliated as FL was, to similarly be rejected and abandoned by FL for everyone to see as she has another man in hand. He truly hasn't come close to what I expect him to suffer. I need him to grovel and wretch from absolute devastation, like physically. Enough of this stoic appearance nonsense, his eyes need to bleed tears and have mud all over him as he grovels on dirt on his knees begging. Like with no dignity, not the bullsh*t "desperate begging" he's been doing so far, licking FL's foot in a sexual manner doesn't count dude.
Even when FL "abandoned" him on the island as payback, they gave ML such an easy excuse, he wasn't depicted as abandoned, he was just "unfortunately left bereaved". The worst people thought was that ML had a curse that kills his fiances. And like that's it... that's not even that bad. Not the same traumatizing pain FL suffered. When ML did slightly suffer for just like a month or two by FL's supposed death, he wasn't even destroyed, just somewhat distraught and immediately found FL alive, so again, not enough suffering.

For everyone who's blindly complaining "why doesn't she tell him!?" "Why doesn't she transform into a bird in front of him??" "This would be so much easier and avoid misunderstanding if she revealed that she's the bird"...
TO ALL YOU NOT READING OR PAYING ATTENTION:
READ CHAPTER 9! Please read, NOT skim before complaining.
In Chapter 9 they explained:
"According to the rules of heaven
A condition is necessary for an angel and a human to become a pair.
And the condition is simple.
Thoroughly keep the fact that I'm an angel a secret.
I must not reveal that I am an angel."
If she revealed that she's the divine bird sent from heaven and she's found out to be an angel, she can't be with ML. Read people, pls. I read a horrible comment in another platform that was cursing FL saying she's stupid for not telling ML, and they said they hope ML f*cks the blue haired angel just to teach FL a lesson?!???? Disgusting comment.
Again, y'all ain't really reading huh just saw someone say that no one would assume that FL is an angel if she revealed she was the legendary bird...
Like??????? At CHAPTER 5, near the beginning, they already said that the empire has a story about how the Goddess herself was in the form of a bird and therefore the bird is regarded as the symbol of the empire. And they even refer to FL in bird form as "Divine Bird" or "Holy Bird", AND they were able to identify her as such because they sensed Divine Power in her.
HOW does that not reveal that she's an angel, being divine and holy sent from the heavens and everything??? Omg idk if y'all are even reading the same manhwa I'm seeing rn.
Geeeez, finally, someone had to say it-
SPREAD.THE.WORD.
This!
But one thing I didn’t get and maybe Haniel missed it or didn’t understand it, but didn’t the Goddess say she’d give Haniel a pass… or did she mean she’d give her a pass if he figures it out on his own, but I thought they meant if he said it with his own words? So when she showed up in his bed and changed in front of him I thought it would be fine, but I’m leaning towards the former but it does confuse me with the intruder scene
i think the goddess meant that she would give her a pass if he figured it out on his own, like made the connections without being told. he would realize she is the bird, thus realize she is an angel but she didn't actively tell him but the goddess will be willing to let it go
