I... am not sure if the build up of the story was going in this direction, so it's a confusing ending.

This is the type of manhwa that's dreadful to wait each week for, but definitely binge-worthy.

The reason being, is because it's mostly plot-driven. We would love to sit and read the entire plot and story in one sitting, but it sucks if we have to wait each week for the story's progression and will usually forget what happened in last week's chapter.

Anyway, my point is that this manhwa's really good so far, but it'll be better to just come back when there's a whole lot more chapters.

Currently last read at chapter 40, and I feel like we're only just about to enter bigger conflicts. Plus, I think we're still a bit far from seeing the FL and ML reunite again.

Yeh, I agree with the other comment. The brother is kind of annoying for being so unaware. It almost seems on purpose (I know it's not on purpose, but at this point that would be better than actually being so oblivious that it just keeps hurting MC).

In a typical manhwa, if he wasn't a brother but instead a little sister who's naive and incompetent but gets everything handed to them, the inheritance, their father's love-- without ever having worked for it, they would eventually have been written as a white lotus who was secretly enjoying taking everything from MC while acting innocent without anyone suspecting them.

But apparently that's not the case since he's a brother, and he's written to be sincerely innocent...

Innocent but literally does nothing remotely helpful to MC. Like bro, either get with it or get out of the way!

Either renounce your position from crown prince, if you think your sister deserves it more, or at least stand up for her when your father abuses her! Stop acting like you don't see the way she's being treated in that house. Turning a blind eye to abuse is just as bad!
