She doesn't, at least none of them mentioned anything about her looking like that. She was just literally a talking sapling and eventually, she was able to separate her leaves from her roots and was able to go on adventures with sejun and the gang.
Her appearance was described as; One leaf was her head, two leaves were her arms, and the other two leaves served as her legs.

Honestly we don’t know that at all, Trevor is a monster who took the appearance of a human child to seem unassuming. Just cuz Reina assumed that somehow meant he was actually a child with an adult body (which I really doubt) doesn’t mean that’s true. We haven’t even heard the guy speak.
So far, nothing contradicts the idea that’s he’s a child in an adult body. Just as he could’ve taken the form to appear unassuming, it’s also possible he took the form that reflected his growth the most. The growth spurt could also come from his magical affinity with Reina. Like he adapted somehow
Lol just from following the logic of these manhwas I’m sure that’s not the case. They wouldn’t make him hot if they weren’t going to make him a contender for love interest, not when they could’ve just kept him as a cute little boy if he was mentally a child.
I feel like they would’ve involved him as a love interest way sooner though. They even had that whole theater shenanigan with “her lover is the one who gives her flowers” and he was nowhere near that. And unlike a lot of stories like this one, the saintess isn’t some evil girl pretending to be good, who we only ever see as she’s scheming something either. She has a proper storyline and she’s endearing. So with the way this is framed differently, Im not inclined to believe that he’ll be written as a love interest, though I guess we’ll have to wait and see if they decide to make it happen at some random point later. So far, the only thing that disappointed me in this story was his sudden growth spurt, but I’m guessing the story is far from over anyway
That’s cuz I doubt many people even know of his existence plus even if they did that whole thing was also about politics, which he has no part in. I think the whole ‘him blushing when she touches him’ thing is a little ambiguous as well. Though to be honest he isn’t even much of a character to begin with. You’re right, we’ll just have to see.
