I've seen some people say that consent was given but I fully disagree, because there was no true discussion or education or safe word, every time he said no should have immediately stopped play. Instead dude just kept pushing and even stopped him from saying no because he didn't like it. Especially with play like this you can't just be like oh you were drunk but you said yes soooo.
