It feels like midway their personalities and the character's dynamics changed so fast.
MC was timid, kind of gloomy, and motherly personality at first and all of a sudden it feels like she's a girl boss type of personality? Suddenly ordering around the ML and even going excessive shopping? Like wth happened? ML lost his spine and suddenly became a puppy type instead. Traces of Larissa's trauma disappeared like air and suddenly finding the witch to help said trauma at the back of everyone's mind now.
And for the love of god, so many assassination attempts (and in broad daylight too) and they can't secure proper evidence to arrest their greedy relatives? It's also funny how the latest chapters are trying to showcase their "love" for each other but their inner thoughts are mostly how attractive each other are (i.e. how is he so handsome? She's pretty/cute/adorable) instead of their personalities that made them fall in love with each other in the first place.
Anyway sorry for the long rant. I know people enjoy this story and I will still continue reading but I just wanna say my opinion.

Damn I'm torn. Terriod needs to accept that she can't just willy nilly forget about her past and it's possible to love 2 people (especially if 1 is already dead, that's why some widows remarry). And Astena should realize already that she does loves Terriod but that it's possible to also honor & love the memory of Theodore.
It's impossible to just forget about her first love especially since it wasn't just simple love. They had a deep history, went through life and death, etc... of course she can't forget about her past, she IS from the past.
