Well yes, maybe. You see, the argument here is he's a monster inside of a child. If that monster's mind works like a child too, then his moral compass isnt that well-built like the other characters here who can determine good and bad.
Example, the girl classmate who's also a monster. She is capable of killing but can control it. Another example is one of the MC's best friends. Capable of hurting and is willing to use that.
If we'd compare this to The Summer That Hikaru Died, both monsters possessed the host and acts like them to win someone's favor, ultimately seeking a way to figure out how to be a person in all aspects. But, Hikaru's monster was somehow 'allowed' by the real Hikaru to possess him, while in this one,,,,i'm betting Chii did not consent.
Chii's a child after all. So, is his intentions pure from the start? If we'll look at his current actions, then maybe. But he forced himself into this world, victimizing a child. I still dont get wht tf this monster is but if it could form choices before possessing Chii then, his intentions are malicious, viewed as pure by him

By that logic, all you're trying to say is murderers who can't control their killing instinct have pure intentions just bc they cant determine what's good or bad. The point wasn't that he was a child first, it's what he did to the point of obsession.

No no, not generalizing the thought brother. Just pointing out that this entity might already be pure evil but he's not aware that the actions he's causing is evil. Maybe in its views his actions are normal since it's not human
