Just to say. My job is in a factory, we do pretty hard labour there. Im a woman, with a pretty bad body condition. After three years, this spring was the worst. I was always dead tired, sleepy, forgetful. But at night i couldnt sleep well. Plus its 3 shifts, rotating weekly. Having your memory tangled up and slowly losing it is one of the most confusing and - long term - painful thing that has ever happened to me. Not being able to remember what you did a week ago, or just generally think about past memories… at some point i kept using wrong words and speaking like i had dementia and a mental disorder. I had to think a few minutes to form my sentences. I went to a literature school for god sake, and now i cant even speak… it was terrible. With your words - i became stupid while it lasted. Im glad i got out of that state
