In my honest opinion the mangaka could've explained Kiyoto's "power" in the first few chapters cause I was so confused for the longest time until the part where Shiro got stuck in doggo mode.
On sidenote MAN I hate amnesia tropes in manga... especially Yaoi... cause they can actually end up hating their crush like Shiro almost did :(
And that goddess is a real bitch (pun intended) she could've left him the same age as he was throughout the manga
