I kept thinking about why what Haesoo and that lady did frustrated me so much and then I realized it, it's because they just wrote it off as "something they had to do".
Sure, from their standpoint, it could be something they had to do, they're standing in a very dangerous place. But you don't just go around damaging your own people while saying you're fighting for your own country and flicking off your wrist at the damage you've left behind like its nothing.
It's something you carry on your shoulders through your fight because no matter the what-ifs and maybes, she was innocent. And you thought you could judge her by your own assumptions, give her poison, traumatize her and say you'll atone by dying? It doesn't work that way.

I agree, not only that, but him dying would've been the cowards way out. She didn't want him to die, she wanted to kill him, there was a difference. But he took it upon himself to interpret her will. It didn't sit right with me, and then just so willingly accepting his death wasn't what she wanted either.

I always get a bit sad when one compares another to someone else, even if it was meant positively, which somehow I suspect it was in this context.
Also, my sensors went off, like I want to trust the Prince, I do but I've been team Nora all the way. The prince is way too sus and I don't want Shuli to be with him any longer than absolutely necessary but then it could just be paranoia. Sigh...
Don't like this bitch even if she's on the cover. If only she'd put Apple under her spell as well, then the poor girl wouldn't have to suffer.
Maybe it didn't work on her?
