That's the equivalent of shipping a mother and their children which is a big nono. She took care of them for like half of her life, I can't imagine her being together with any of them.

For plenty of reasons actually. First, who the heck would she consider when her life is a gigantic mess. She would need a very very strong, powerful and influential person as the basic requirement since the "calamity" is after her. Second, for the current 32 chapters there aren't any man that is close to her like Jeffry. And guessing from author's personality (from how she wrote black haze) she wouldn't just half-ass on Jeffry's character as well as Charlotte's.
Though I'm not entirely sure and this is all speculations. Since ya never know. Maybe there will be this unknown super hotty that wasn't mentioned in the beginning to suddenly appear and swoon our mc (which is very sad for Jeffry). Or that the author will suddenly change her mind and be "Oh wait they don't match. I'll just make a new character or smth" lol. I'VE SEEN WEIRD PLOTS. Which is why I always avoided harems. I choose which harems are acceptable or I read spoilers to see if there's an end game. And leave if there's no end game. Imagine how their life would be off-screen without an end game lmao.
