I think there's some lost pages here or something, I've red this like almost 7 years ago on another site, ten manga i think, and there's a big revelation where after Reo remembers what happened, the uncle confessed why he did what he did. Its given that the uncle "raped" him because Reo was in pain and beg for it, after that Reo blames himself for his mothers abandonment, so he did it again to make it look like its his fault (Rio might have forgotten/didn't know he was drugged). I know I'm not making it clear or any sense, but the missing pages has some scenes that can make a 180 out of your opinion on uncle.
And I don't think they had been having sex that long, the drugged incident was clearly because of Kenta, and the uniform looked the same.

There was even a moment where I felt my heart skiped a litle. I also like how the boobs were drawn. Looked so soft and smooth.
