The FL is a push over and is really wishy washy with her decisions so that gets on my nerves. And what really makes me mad is the ML is supposed to be her childhood best friend but with the possibility of not dating her he threatens to never see her again. Like, gurl that just means you never actually cared about her. What a huge betrayal of a friendship that lasted over 20 years. He sucks.

He’s been in love with her his whole life. It makes sense that he would want to cut things off if she doesn’t reciprocate or at least give them some distance so he can truly get over his feelings. With the main character, it was a bit annoying for her, not to know her feelings and to be like maybe yes maybe no but it’s her first relationship and he has been her childhood best friend her whole life. It was hard for her to find a switch and to be attracted to him. I do think the first 10 chapters were kind of annoying and I didn’t like any of the characters, but after that, the development was just amazing and we get to see both the personalities and their dynamic really fits each other.
Is anyone else confused by the fact her son’s soul is supposedly gone and now is taken over by a different star maiden? That’s kind of fucked up. I would be absolutely crushed if my child was my child anymore before the child could even grow up and become who they wanted to be. This conclusion is really unsatisfying and confusing as hell.

She chose someone who got their future ripped away and gave them another chance to become someone entirely on their own with no memories of the past, just as she explained to Emi. There wasn’t an original soul for her son that she took away from her son to replace it with the og star maiden. You misunderstood that. She found the soul of the star maiden and chose that soul to basically reincarnate the star maiden, it’s just that it wasn’t a girl this time but a boy. It’s the exact offer she gave to Emi, so that she could give her a new life and be connected to her for as long as possible.
No. OG Pina’s soul became Remi’s son in the same way Emi did. Essentially, Remi met with their souls and turned them into her children—she gave birth to them. She explains it best with this line: “If I give birth to you from the start, there will be no need for you to take over someone else’s body.”
I think there’s been some confusion. There is an “original” Star Maiden, and she was coexisting with the “villain” Pina that we know of. It's similar to how Remi was living inside her own body while Emi was the one controlling it. The line, “Her body was taken over just before entering the academy. The situation was so unbearable that she left her own body…,” actually refers to the OG Pina. The “situation” being that the villain Pina was doing horrendous things (like sleeping around with other people the butt way), which drove OG Pina to abandon her body.
So, to sum it up: no soul was taken over in the case of Remi and Angel’s first child. That child was simply OG Pina’s soul, retrieved by Remi and reborn as Remi’s son.

I think the Duke is weird to still be in love with a woman who is clearly toxic and not a good person. Like she moved on from you and clearly just uses you and manipulates your feelings. Why do you still like her and why would you save her over the king? She clearly picked the king over you. I’m dropping just because I don’t want him to hurt Annette like I know he will. The fucker.
Personally I see his love for this woman as the same love people have fr their abuser, they're scared to be left and they're in love, and because they're in love they don't see themselves leaving that person
ML and FL are both waaaaaaaay too young and inexperienced to get married and have a kid this fast. I hate that they rushed the relationship and marriage and having a kid before they even finish college. Becoming a mother is so taxing so she will be stuck having no other identity than being a wife and mother. Plus she was basically forced into the marriage and accepting his feelings. There was no chemistry either. The story was way too short too. Dropping this.
I don't think this can be applied here as they are beastmen. They explained why they have kids early.

I hate the ML. He’s an asshole to her just as a consultant like how does he even have a job. Plus she shouldn’t have to change how she dresses she looked great. Full on misogyny right there. Not to mention it doesn’t matter if his aunt is biological or married his uncle because it’s weird AF to love an adult you’ve known since childhood well into your teens. Also he has all that time in school to apologize to her but he never did. I hope she doesn’t forgive him easily but manga always writes women like the “virtuous and forgiving” type and it pisses me off. I recommend dropping this.

I like the prince and I want to see how his feelings for her in the first life developed. I want to see that life in his perspective. But sir Jacques has been an asshole this whole time. He demeans Ivorre every chance he gets and bullies Dou. Plus their sibling relationship is not weird at all! It’s an older sibling taking care of the younger sibling like they would their own child. It’s weirder to think siblings shouldn’t love and take care of each other. Nobles are not a good example of familial relationships seeing as they grow up basically hating each other, fighting for succession or being incredibly distant because of illegitimate status or being raised by a nanny not their parents. God I hope Ivorre doesn’t eventually agree with what Jacques said because he is WRONG. He’s just an ASSHOLE.
First, he’s grooming her. Second, it’s gross that she calls him master. Third, why does everything have to be so sexual like I get it’s smut and that’s okay but instead of comforting her to make her feel like she doesn’t have to lie or even just communicating like proper people he treats her like a sex doll who needs to be sexually punished. Like, full on FL is also extremely boring and complicit and has the personality and knowledge of a child so he is full on grooming her.
Well the main part of this is smut. The author must be trying to make a different version of their own smut novel. Based on what I just read. The female lead suffered a tragic childhood. And that's how she's mentally traumatized and act on defense towards herself. As for the male lead he just play the part of her life a companion that will mark her as his beast mate. Since she seems to be an adult they made it this way so we could try and understand what kind of different story is this, with the weak minded female lead who only learned her whole live to fear being abandoned by her own family. Because the author is trying to make it completely different from other to avoid getting criticism from other who committed copy writing.
Your lacking on understanding about this kind of different version of story. This supposed to be a romance novel R19 version. This type of things was supposed to be "how would you feel if you were pampered by the male lead with innocent character but tragic childhood ?" As an innocent being just not to be vulgar who would jump on him once she saw him. I be honest I almost understand the whole meaning of this story even though I just dash on things to read smutლ(´ڡ`ლ) but I'm just here to learn more about human desires by just reading their life personal experience on this novel.
If he likes her why is he just basically assaulting her over and over again instead of talking to her like an adult? Smut is sexier when it’s consensual.
