First, he’s grooming her. Second, it’s gross that she calls him master. Third, why does everything have to be so sexual like I get it’s smut and that’s okay but instead of comforting her to make her feel like she doesn’t have to lie or even just communicating like proper people he treats her like a sex doll who needs to be sexually punished. This type of things was supposed to be "how would you feel if you were pampered by the male lead with innocent character but tragic childhood ?" Latia and Elene were innocent children. She was never a villain just a manipulated child. Also, none of the children act like children. The kid that went to kiss her hand all creepily? He’s an adult in a child’s body at that point. Kids even back then didn’t act like that. Also, Elene is a child who has a stuffed bird toy. That’s not weird. Children can dress and play however they want it’s not a mental illness for a child to talk to a toy. Also, the FL is supposed to be an adult but punishes Elene like she isn’t a child. Like girl, she just needs better parents in fact you could help her but you’re gonna act like a toxic heroine. Not to mention, it’s weird that Gilbert doesn’t take over the position his brother left after being executed. Like, he’s the heir and Latia could be raised by him at their home. Why does she have to be with the ML’s family that makes no sense.

I like the prince and I want to see how his feelings for her in the first life developed. I want to see that life in his perspective. But sir Jacques has been an asshole this whole time. He demeans Ivorre every chance he gets and bullies Dou. Plus their sibling relationship is not weird at all! It’s an older sibling taking care of the younger sibling like they would their own child. It’s weirder to think siblings shouldn’t love and take care of each other. Nobles are not a good example of familial relationships seeing as they grow up basically hating each other, fighting for succession or being incredibly distant because of illegitimate status or being raised by a nanny not their parents.
