this is the only straight romance that I like THIS IS MY EXCEPTION I really like how it wasn't focused on romance I didn't cry for the sad romantic parts but I sure as hell bawled my eyes when it was about her family and when it was about the og Eris everything time they talk about her my heart gets quenched especially when the maid said "was there nothing in this world that could hold her back" there really was nothing, she had no real family or friends...
She's my baby I'd do anything to make her happy tho she did bully the Helena cuz she was jealous and that's not good oh welp she's still my baby...the romance part between the MC and Anakin wasn't the glamorous type it was silent but shown thru action. I really like how the ml wasn't someone powerful like the emperor, crown prince, duke of the north bs he was just an ordinary knight which I find refreshing overall the plot is really good cuz it wasn't focused on romance.
This story also made me realize that I wouldn't be able to survive in another world since I'm family and friends oriented, I'd probably enjoy it for a few weeks then it'll set in that I can't go back then I'll kms I'd literally do anything to get back too.

Okay, so. The Janitor in the ark is the MC's biological older brother, and in the original timelime, the MC took his name in hopes that his brother would notice and eventually track him down but he never did. As a kid, the MC probably held out hope that his brother would find him eventually but as time passed and he got older, he probably just couldn't be bothered to change back his name out of either inconvience or longing.
The reason why the MC never mentioned having a brother is fairly simpleâthis entire manhwa is about unpacking his past. His brother just wasnt relevant in the beginning of the story and was thus not mentioned. An in story explanation is that he could be resentful towards his brother for never coming back for him, and thus supressed his memory of him. His brothers exists in both timelines, and in both he never returned.
There is no butterfly effect. My theory is that his brother died, or thought that the MC would be safer without him.
