Idk if it right or right, but I think why Adamant is not resisting is bcoz he sees the hideously broken shattered gooey Phosphophylitte!! Adamant is malfunctioning bcoz of the beauty of the gems, rn he sees the unbeauty side of it and that is phos. In conclusion, rn Adamant is not resisting bcoz he wants to destroy or pray (I guess) to get rid of the unbeauty of the gems for good.

Second theory, that skateboard dude at the end, I think that’s one of the gems on the moon, it maybe or just maybe he wants to stop Phos after shit just hit rn. (Adamant is praying and a hero must stop it) I hope it’s Padaprascha with a new makeover (づ￣ ³￣)づ
