the rape scene was so unnecessary, especially because it's just going to be brushed off like nothing happened and forgotten in the next few chapters...we get this short ass pointless chapter and then the next chapters will be MC and ML doing it. it just feels like there are so many other interesting things we could be focusing on instead.
