Early in the plot, like chapter 3. The agent/competitor or whatever he is discovered that the bottom's physiology changed with drugs. The agent is under the impression that this was done illegally and intentionally and the bottom knows. Instead of doing a proper interrogation, the top's plan is to rawdog the bottom until he gets pregnant as proof that this was down to him.
Idk why the paperwork they found wasn't proof enough. Feels like the top just wanted to baby trap him.
