Bruh they just rapped each other and then the author never really touched on why the hyung kept healing so fast.
Did you not notice the strange transition from when the mc came out of the time instance and then all of a sudden was back in when he was saved, but they made him die inside instead so that the brother could revive him and screw him? The author had passed away, so it was all not the author's plan, the company and artist team did it to end it.
It appears the chapter went missing; odd, I recall it and was so upset about it.
