I skimmed on the raws, he genuinely looks cool before and after, but have different auras. And, for the people saying there's no difference on the size or exaggerating the size, he's actually buff before but not with the usual 8 packs, slim but still buff (idk the proper word), idk about now though more like he's a little muscly(?) slim and a little smaller since typical situation on soul moving to another body it's gotta be someone pitiful and pretty... but idk never seen the current body topless. Although, the change of body doesn't really disappoint me unlike the other manhwas that really shrink the MC a bit too much looking like father and son, nerfing a total badass.

I just noticed that whenever it's a panel with them sleeping on bed, the blanket moves. It's like their feelings or Haruto's feeling progressing or developing for Yuu. Like, in the first chapter Haruto is only using the blanket, but in chapter 2 Yuu have a little blanket covering him. Anyway, that's just my interpretation but I find it very fascinating.
