Glad to find this again here ㅠㅠ ah thanks to 'made in abyss' recommendation list. I even wondering about this manga when reading made in abyss. Sounda like destiny lol

Some parts of the story sad indeed, but mostly gore. Many scenes include blood and monsters (and it getting intense by recent chapters). I suggest you to watch the anime version, if you have time. I like the background and they are colorful lol
