Too risky. The king's been taking that 'medicine' for a long time now. Fl doesn't know what possible adverse reaction, like if he was addicted to it, could happen. Plus if those 'doctors' see the slightest change in the king's condition they could blame the fl since she's been taking care of him. There's also the other doctor that monitor him, not that careless dude. He might catch onto what fl's doing.
I'm kinda disappointed ml's uncle didn't take the chance to plant a spy doctor when the other one was incapacitated though
