I guess omegakn could sense that Kaede was about to bond with the female and he broke down crying, however, Kaede realized he was just doing what his dad did to his mom--his dad bonded with his male 'mom' and then left him for a woman--maybe a female omega. Imho Kaede went back to omegakun more out of guilt than love, but make no mistake, Kaede was masterfully manipulated. Seems lije a chapter is missing bc somehow the alpha is the bottom.
