She's not curing him. Ever since Claude met her he's been having headaches, meaning she is not curing him. Jeanette is a curse whose role is to kill him by just being near him. It's a sad story. Really.
I just watched the movie adaption, and it was... so bad that I couldn't even laugh. They missed out a ton of stuff and added a ton of stuff. This is way better than the movie. --_--

Ahhhhhhh! I didn't read this after the 1st season ended, but now that I came back, I'm glad I read the 2nd season!! Both the plot and the characters are so good!! I can't wait to see the final stage of character development and end of the story!
P.S Although I do not doubt that the ending will be marvelous werther the characters end up sad or happy, I hope it's a happy ending
