Hello, I think judging from the uke’s position after birth he went under a normal birth, I dunno in other country but during normal birth the doctor will stop giving pain killers because it will relax the muscles thus stopping the contractions and that would make it hard for the infant to go out.
But the nurse said he will go under C-Section, in CS regional or local Anesthesia can be given but the mother will be sleeping because of it, but since he is awake during birth giving I guess he had normal delivery
This is after giving birth. Besides my cousin was awake during both her c-sections.
Painkillers and anaesthetics are two different things. Nothing 'magic' about it.
yes, the pain killers given for pregnancy is strong but it's exactly because it hurts like shit. ofc, even with the painkillers working, the person giving birth can still feel some pain. (i envy those who gave birth while asleep...)
thank y'all for your responses! in the beginning it seemed like he is going to give birth normally because it was mentioned that it will really hurt and that the pain killers are wearing off. but then they said he is getting a c-section (which is why sunbae is not with him during the procedure) so i thought why is pain even a concern here when its a c-section and he is getting a regional anesthesia and morphine afterwards... they made it seem like he is getting the surgery without aneasthetics lmao.. but my theory is that before the c-section started the baby had to move through the gut or wherever the baby was lol. so at first it was painful like a normal birth and afterwards he had a c-section. its interesting but i think its supposed to be left to the imagination

You can be awake in any surgery, thou it’s not common. I doubt it would be after he gave birth because they need to suture the incision and even if he was awake during surgery the anesthesia would still have it’s effect in PACU so I’m guessing he had normal delivery.
And his position also suggest that the nurse might be cleaning the genitals cause if it was CS, this is not needed after the surgery.
Hopefully he will be like "You are the first person I'm attracted to" instead of "I'm straight but I like you regardless"... the straight seme trope has been overused.
