Tbh this manhwa is underrated. It is REALLY good. Like really really good. The characters are complex and really well thought out. Of course everything is a bit over the top but thats what makes it so engaging. Because of the drama and passion this gives me soap opera vibes but with amazingly well developed characters instead. And till now there were no plot holes, weird sudden character changes or illogical abrupt shifts in the plot. And all of that is pretty common for a lot of webcomics. I just love how this is such a basic entertaining story but its so high quality.. if that makes sense. There are so many "psychological" drama manga and manhwa out there that try so hard to depict the most complex characters but fail even harder. Everything just seems so pseudo deep. But this author is actually doing the opposite. The characters and story seem kinda shallow but they are actually deep and multilayered. All of the characters are extremely flawed but still likeable. Even the misunderstandings made sense in a way because of their little quirks. Im talking too much lol Im just really impressed and there is more to this story than it seems.

in guang xiang we only saw yuyangs tough and happy go lucky outer shell. it never looked like he was deep in love. he made it seem like it just was a little crush to him. here we catch a glimpse of how sensitive and passionate he actually is and how deep rooted his feelings are. he is just too protective of his inner world to let his guard down, too proud to admit to his weakness and he doesnt want to burden others with his feelings. poor baby.. he really needs someone genuine like lihuan who looks through him and takes care of him on his own accord
i know right??! ch.43 had me tearing up, especially when yuyang started to run after lin xiang

This episode YuYang developed more as a character. This whole story really is about gradually showing character development without them actually talking much. Its rather unique that way.

this would be completely out of character and very bad writing probably but i wish Bum would snap out of it, become reasonable and like start to understand and talk to Sangwoo. i know he is crazy too and this would absolutely not fit his character.. i just long for some sanity and reason......
