Listen, in previous chapters (with the almost kiss) the Vice Pres is having these flashbacks/trauma or memories or a woman teacher her hands out to him (probably to kidnap him). He also have those scars.
Also the President seemed really suspicious when he was telling her about his past, like he was making it up almost on the spot, just so happens to forget almost everything about her.
And that last page from the recent chapter was a close up of the mystery boys feet/ankle. Not to mention the Vice Pres has those scars on his ankles, almost like rope.
Also this is just me being mean/biased, but If Ms. Kim believes him, I’m gonna be pissed. Like that’s so stupid, because I want her to end up with the Vice Pres even if he wasn’t the one to get kidnapped with her, because that’s just how I am.
To us in the comments none of the characters have names. It’s just, that red haired kid, or the green one, maybe the blue one. Then there’s those few people who use their names and well all still know who they are but we still call them by colors. Lol (=・ω・=)
