Here http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/love_is_an_illusion/uu/tr_chapter-4/pg-6/ we learned that our omega is 1. An idiot in everything but math, for some reason and 2. He runs away when he gets confused...he has been doing this all of his life. I can't imagine a scenario where some thing pushes him past this repeated behavior, unless he runs into his mom or something. In the meantime, none of the readers is surprised about chpt 39. In chpt 40, he accepts he is an omega and tries to prostitute himself because he thinks that is what he is supposed to do now. (Remember: idiot). I guess he wants to be protected from all the horny alphas in the world..not realizing that he is protected because somehow he bonded with Dojin...no neck bite wtf?...Rather than assuming the mangaka is smoking crack I plan to stick to this and see how they write themselves out of this fustercluck
What exactly made Dojin fall in love with hyesung? Your answer cannot include these...he's an omega so it's instinctual; he had Dojin's baby; he is attractive as an uke; he's a good fk. It has to include some redeeming trait of hyesung's...
bold of you to assume this author was thinking any deeper beyond any of the ones you just listed.
Lol
I find the dominant/recessive concepts interesting and I liked the twists and turns in If you Hate Me That Much..though I had to skip the rape scenes so I was hoping for something more here. If there are really only 3 chapters left they must be some hella writing to wrap this up. If love is an illusion then is it better to be happy and self deluded or to be a lonely bitter realist? I guess I'd better stay tuned.
i mean - obviously i can't stop you. if that turns out to be what fargo was pulling on i would be absolutely fucking floored, but something about the pacing makes me think that this romance just wasn't thought out.
Youre probably right, I'm just going for optomistic today
Hyesung never had a chance to show qualities in the story. All that happens is that bad things keep happening to him, and he has to deal with things he is not prepared for, he has the right to be angry. Dojin sees something in him, I think, when Hyesung denies his own nature in order to be someone in life, he don't want to be weak and depend on people. When Hyesung find out he is an omega and then get pregnant, he gets lost. A flawed nature is something I can admire in a character, Hyesung seems more humam than anyone in the story.
The question was what made Dojin fall in love with Hyesung....your comment sounds like it belongs in a different thread
I said it... His will to be strong when he is fragile by nature (being an omega). I think Dojin wants to protect him at the same time he is intrigued by the bahavior of Hyesung. And I explained why we didn't get to see Hyesungs better traits.. But sure, reply as you wish. This fandom is tiring.
Oh I see what u are saying now..Dojin just had an urge to protect him and you think he is intrigued by Hyesungs odd behavior...your earlier comment went into Hyesungs right to be angry etc. etc. Perhaps I just read it too fast.
Well I finally got my answer in this last chapter....Realizing he could die if he leaves his pair and not being able to get that cute kid out of his head (btw, a stranger could say the same of that baby he is so cute)...this is supposed to be his character development? He hasn't expressed one iota of feeling for Dojin, he just wants to know why Dojin cares and we all have to settle for 'because it's you' because even the mangaka can't think of a real reason why Dojin or anyone else would fall for this selfish ass idiot. Sh!t maybe we'll find that he loves him for his crazy math skills in the next chapter at least that will wrap up a plot point.
And well, I assumed that a development in character was coming, but nah, the author just goes with "Why do you like me?" "I don't know, because you are you". And then they just settle with that since they are bonded? For sure I was expecting more explanations than that, but let's wait and see.
