I have some kind of suspicion that Mo doesn't know how to swim or has a phobia of being in water. That last shot showing He Tian holding Mo in that way and the fact that the author depicted Mo as having cat features and yelling at He Tian that he doesn't want to go for a swim (from previous chapters) seem to point that direction. Idk ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
I thoroughly dislike omegaverse yaois but the plot is to my near exact liking and the ART...the art is STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL! This is the most beautiful art I've prob ever seen in any manga (second would be Zara's works)! I think the reason lies with this author able to draw minute expressions in their faces so clearly. Their sclera is larger than their irises which make their expressions much easier to see and more expressive. good job author-san! ヾ(☆▽☆)

I don't know if it's the translation or me, but I couldn't really understand the ending of the story. Could it be he maybe accepts the dream as a reflection of his wish to be somewhere else away from the city he grew up in? Or maybe the dream is a subconscious desire to abandon part of his past and seek connection with himself?
