I see Zheng Xi as more like a german shepherd or some dog that has a more serious temperament.
Same thing with Mo. Mo in a way kind of reminds me of Kentaro Kyotani (Mad Dog) from Haikyu, so he'd be some kind of aggressive dog, like a Rhodesian Ridgeback or Rottweiler (but red/orange).
I can see Mo being those either one of those types of dogs because I can see the comparison between a dog and his owner. The way he Tian befriended him, makes it seem like he had "tamed" or adopted him under his care to make him less aggressive. Kind of like a person adopting a wild aggressive homeless dog to make them obedient.
If He Tian truly kicked Mo in the balls, Mo wouldn't have been able to get the resolve to get up, pause to look at Zheng Xi and Jian Yi, and go into the bathroom. No- if you were kicked or punched or had your balls crushed, you are ON THE GROUND AT THAT MOMENT, IN TEARS rolling around.
What if He Tian didn't actually punch or twist his balls but sort of fondled them/squeezed them gently instead? That would explain Mo still being able to walk out looking flustered and nervous going to the bathroom to clutch them and hide his embarrassment (especially when hes thinking of what he dreamed) and that crash could have been the sound of Mo jumping back in surprise at He Tian touching him inappropriately. He Tian knows that Mo hates any bodily contact with him, and what better way to pay him back by doing something that could be construed as gay?
I know this is prob not what happened and its more likely He Tian nut kicked him, but it's nice to have these "what if" ideas too, to keep us hopeful ╮(￣▽￣)╭
