Like he tried to fight and that just made his situation worse. I feel it’s a form of victim blaming “he can’t fight for himself anymore”, uhh do you not see what’s happening?
I don’t think he’s been faking, it seems like his personality is like “simple minded” while also being desensitized and ignorant to things.
And I think that mirror scene was just his “simple minded”ness being like “omg I’m hot so that why that guy likes me”
And the throwing up I’m not completely sure, but I feel like it’s just gonna be one of those misleading things for the reader. But maybe not, who knows… maybe I’m wrong!
