as the biggest tjian stan ever trust me i've seen plenty of disgusting jo fans too. im not denying the fact that tj stans are weird as fuck, they def are but imo the whole fandom is rotten. i remember jo stans bullied doyak sm for following one of her artist friend who iirc liked tj more than jo, calling her a flop and whatnot, harassing the friend, to the point she had to tweet a bunch of times defending herself, and even then they didnt stop. she was also pretty mad bc people kept calling tj a rapist. again, tj stans have done the same too, but both sides are weird as fuck. the reason why i guess tj fans seem more toxic is bc 1) there are a lot more tj stans than jo stans 2) v v v unfortunately a lot of people who only read problematic rapey manhwas and have their views shaped by them end up liking tj too

lmao yeah fair enough honestly the best thing to do though is to just mute/block accounts that are acting weird. i'm pretty active on wet sand twt & i have literally all toxic jo stans blocked, and even some weird tj ones. a person who's mainly into joian will obv come across a lot of toxic weird posts by tj stans bc unfortunately that's how the algorithm works. u could even mute certain keywords (tj, tjian) if u're really bothered by them. my tl rn is literally just full of good vibes and theories and fanarts so yeah !!!! u could try that :3
