Hawks is hinting something to Endeavor! I'm kinda anxious that he is about to do a something for the sake of him being a double agent but at the same time he truly is loyal to Endeavor to the point of telling him that.

I love me a ton of psychological shit, but mostly I am freaking pleased with the character design in this manga. I love how Aoki sensei is drawn, you don't get ukes like him regularly and I'm happy he exist (fictionally)
