I got it from a manga and comic store in the capital, I don't know if Gemma comics exists anywhere else. I do believe you can find it on Amazon though
So I went to check what all that AI fuss was about and I think I kind of get it. The art looks fking weird at times especially the regular times not really the smutt ones.
Like the artist traced over the faces of other images to save time and so you have this disconnected with the faces and the rest of the characters' bodies.
The heavily blurred feel also gives the idea that it was AI generated but even if it was I doubt it would be this perfect (as in no AI imperfections other than that awful blur) but that could be the artist overdoing it with the effects.
Another think that I believe really makes it a bit iffy is the hair and eyes, the way they interact with eachother. They look choppy and the hair shading looks incredibly out of place at times, not to mention the multiple individual hairs that look "buggy" like an AI generated image...but I honestly feel this is just an art choice and again, heavy use of filters.
All in all I don't personally like the artstyle, it looks plastic, but I don't think it's AI or at least purely AI generated. It's either a mix of hand and machine or some poor filter and blending choices. If any of you got solid proof of that I'd like to see it
(Sorry this is gonna be long i just wanted to add to your point !) See the thing about Korean manhwa artists is they like to use presets to make it easier to draw and i’ve noticed a lot of smut artists (Specifically the ones who draw with this much detail) use apps for pose tracing. So maybe that might be the reason for the awkward interaction and poses because they could be tracing the body but hand drawing the head which is resulting in the weird inaccuracy but i’m not sure, all i know is it’s definitely not 100% AI i also agree it could be a use of both hands and machine. There’s alot of problems so my biggest assumption is that because of the art-style the artist may have been rushed resulting in so many flaws and if the chapters are released frequently then i wouldn’t be surprised if my assumption is correct.
Ps it could also explain the blur, as an artist myself i can just tell that a short deadline means more focus on the most important factors aka the characters so the blur may be to cover up the background assuming they didn’t have enough time to fully detail it
Ngl I agree, this yells short deadline for sure. I have seen presets for structures and props but never such a bad mix on main characters. I don't argue that the specific artist can do some good stuff but it can't not be jarring which ig results in the claims
It kind of bothers me how they still eat the same stuff and their treatment is the same even though they specifically stated that they suddenly became human, not humanoid, it's unsettling. Needless to say if my pets became human one day I'd suffer
