there is this chinese bl manhwa. if i remember correctly the seme moves into a neighborhood and falls in love with the uke which is a resident of the neighboor hood. im also pretty sure the uke moved into his grandpas house, and either the uke or seme gardens (i forgot who). the manhwa has kinda detailed coloring and lighting with a bright and happy color pallete. also im pretty sure the uke has brown hair.
