Its not on a permanant haitus. The author announced a long term haitus to work on the manuscript and comic to have material to have to update. If im correct they said that by april 21 the comic would begin season 2. But idk what that means for the english translation. We will probably have to wait a couple months before they start the english translation for season 2

I think Mr. Cha is Taegu. It's just MC calls him like that because it seems they know each other for a long time. And the others call him Mr. Cha because is their boss.
