Well technically yes... When someone has a latent tendency to represent as an omega, if that person is exposed into a dominant or hyper dominant alpha's pheromone for a long time... They'll eventually present as omega... But if they're not exposed to alpha pheromones then the chances of them presenting as an omega is close to none...
