Sekaiichi Hatsukoi was my first BL. I watched the anime like 10 times when I was younger and I read the manga around 4. I loved it. I loved Onodera and Takano's story. I love how Takano waited for Onodera and how fate crossed their paths again so they had a second chance. Bitch I CRIED when Onodera called Masamune 'Takano-san' instead of 'Saga-senpai' showing us he left his past behind, I cried the shit out of me. But now it's just abusive.
This vol. 14 ch. 28 is literal rape and the author even blamed Onodera (???) -I mean, she always makes him the bad one for not returning Takano's feelings-.
I've dealed with Takano being pushy. I've dealed with Takano being a control freak over Onodera's life. I'm not dealing with this anymore.
I'm tired of seeing Onodera being psychologically abused by Takano over and over again. Their relationship just turned completely toxic and violent. I can't believe people are mad at Onodera for not deciding about his own feelings when everytime he's about to open his heart to Takano, he just pushes Onodera and forces him into some sexual shit. This has happened way too much.
I don't know what Nakamura is thinking -seems like she just wants to finish the story and she's rushing things up- but this relationship is so badly developed it doesn't feel nice anymore. I'm so dissappointed.
And I'm also pretty bitter about it bc this manga means so much to me it hurts to see it going this way.
But well, I'm still rooting for Kisa and Yukina, Yokozawa and Kirishima and for my boy Mino and his possible own story.

I agree with this so much. I hate that people are literally blaming Onodera for something that isn't his fault. Hopefully Takano says he's sorry and starts treating hi better :((

He's getting even more violent... And I'm seing some behavior patterns here... Takano is being very sweet lately as well as more violent when he's alone with Onodera -especially in sex...-. That is literal abuser behaviour: being aggressive af and then cute af so you forget what just happened... Idk how to react :((

Thanks. I would like it so much to get better but somehow I doubt it can ever make up for all the frustrating stuff at that point. I'm pretty sure right now sensei is going to try to create some more drama for a grand finale so Takano is going to get more and more emotionally unstable swinging between violence and withdrawal until Onodera is so bothered by it, he will try to confront Takano, Takano will finally blame himself for all the shit he has done, Onodera will feel sorry for him so he'll assure him it was never a big deal and then just confess, Takano won't be able to believe his luck and will get very emotional for one night and the next morning he will start walking all over Onodera again and make insensitive comments, Onodera will think he might have made a mistake but then he'll see that small smile on Takano's face and he'll think that maybe not, and that will be it. They'll never discuss their problems ever again.
I can see that so well. I doubt it can be fixed too, but I still have the smallest hope that it will :((
