Currently, Kamiya is struggling with the intense nature of a beast, the obsessive possession (?) over Hitomi. On the other hand, Hitomi is trying to help but he's colliding with how Kamiya goes with the poblem. And in ch11, Hitomi started to possess the animal characteristics as well.
In my opinion, the author really tries to put the two in the sphere of having that condition. I don't think the plot needs that much of a trope BUT ofc we need some sexy scenes along the way (づ￣ ³￣)づ

after that one fight they had at the end of season 1, doyoon began giving the mc some space. i think he probably IS still an asshole, but deep in his heart feels for the mc & obviously loves his child. he’s going to need to talk about his old scars to fully change though, i just know it.
