I undesirable that MC is reincarnated so he doesn't really have an familial love for his mother and is jaded by his past life, but calling a woman who left her uncaring, power pursuing family for true love and happiness and lost 1 of her kids and her husband, SELFISH!? she literally was powerless and pregnant so of course she would go back to the safety of her family home and MC only caring that she "raised him with kindness and love" after telling him what happened is wacko. Like she has sacrificed everything and is now being cursed at and humiliated to keep you, her only remaining child, safe and you just care about how she's perceived by your lame ass family.... hate that so much I'm gonna stop reading ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ

No one is saying the uploader isn’t in the wrong they’re attacking the author for black mailing, sending death threats and doxxing the uploader. All she simply had to do was ask them to remove but from the very start attacked her with all of the above and wouldn’t listen to a word this person had to say. She asked mangago to remove it but wouldn’t do so the first time they asked. The author send themselves they would give anyone $1k USD if they could dig up their sensitive information.

In defense of the MC not knowing/realizing the rut symptoms:
People of the jury, remember back to when you were younger and in school. It was time for your badly underfunded public schools yearly "sex-ed" talk and your teachers leading everyone through it. Now there are some options schools can take, 1 is separating the the boys and girls and showing them health topics related to their genders. 2 showing a very outdated PSA about stds and hormones. And some others but for me personally, we got option 1, meaning as a young girl I never really knew/cared about the inner workings or the opposite sex.
I like to think that's what's going on here, MC relieved a public education where betas were taught to not care about how Alphas and Omegas hormones worked and vice-versa. Why would a uneducated man know all the workings of a women's menstrual cycle? Why would a beta know the signs of a rut and how to use a suppressor? Same logic as far as I'm concerned lol. Beta sees his alpha exfwb look loopy and out of it but can still respond = cold/flu, I'm sure if anything betas are taught that alphas go feral and maybe get aggressive during ruts so he could tell the difference.

From my experience with omegaverses they do have sex Ed classes. I don't think that betas are taught to be so self-centered and unawares. It's like taking a CPR course, they need to know the same thing everyone else is being taught, even if they're gender neutral. It's like you learn CPR so you can help someone. There are two scenarios, one is from a novel I've read called Ni Jiu/ or Intoxication. I never finished it but got thru the first part: a late stage bloomer who's lived his entire life as a beta suddenly manifested as an omega and was induced into heat by an asshole alpha date and knew nothing about it, and not understanding it because it was a late stage development. However, the explanation for his lack of understanding is, besides the late stage expression, he had "never paid much attention in class due to the fact he would never be affected by it", but then like, do you live in a bubble?? The world around you have alphas and omegas going into heat and ruts all of the time, so either he's so oblivious or so into self that he doesn't care, or the world that he's in has everyone regulate their heat and rut cycle so well they never break down in front of you. And they manage their pheromones so well nobody ever gets induced into going into heat....
Like does our MC live in a bubble?!? Or this world smis so void of examples from friends, coworkers, neighbor ls, family members that he is so clueless?!? I have no idea where your head is at when you made this statement but in the novel/manhua Intoxicated the author explained in that way, that TingWei (the former beta) had been used to living as a beta his whole life and was a late stage manifestation so since he never differentiated he didn't pay attention to their sex ed class regarding second gender as it didn't apply to him. To me it was a weak argument because IRL unless you live in a bubble or the society has managed to dampen down omega and alpha rut and heat responses and pheromones so well regulated that they don't just spontaneously go into heat and cause havoc then sure...and there is also family members or friends, or the news, something that would educate you.
