I told myself with the previous chapter that I would trust my gut and not my brain to believe that HS would creep around and DJ would spot him!!! I was glad I did. Before reading this update I had to give myself a peptalk, to dull down my expectations (even if I just kept squealing and kept it up, up, UP) and it turned out great! I wanted there to be scolding from DJ and it happened (although it wasn’t enough)! I wanted HS to hold his son and it happened (goodness, he almost dropped Byul (⊙…⊙ )) I just need HS and DJ to sort their feelings out in the open and be happy. Can we get that in the next chapter update without HS being all defensive and whiney??? Maybe, maybe not. Eh.
It made me sad though that there was no =“OH MY GOD this is my baby!!! How did I ever agree to abandon him and flee for my sake?!?” And cue the waterworks= moment for HS but I do hope he feels that. Like, a triggered emotion to make him grow tf up!
The way DJ looks so tenderly at Byul even through evident exhaustion is wonderfully filling. DJ is a good daddy. Byul is lucky to have at least him.

Poor SooHa. Her dad was amazing to help out his friend who was down in the dirt only to have things backfire onto him. Joonhyuk, his dad and his whole family should be indebted to SooHa really. I KNEW SW’s mom was gonna pull shit like this when she told him to come down. That twisted, mentally unstable, sorry-excuse-of-a-mother fornicator!!! Sick bxtch, why the fxck would she allow her child to witness something like that?!?! I can officially stand by my thought that it was she who turned SW batshit crazy against (some) women. That aside, I felt very displaced during SW and Bum’s play downstairs. We haven’t had any “light” moments in this so seeing them “enjoying” time together felt...odd and strangely uncomfortable. Bum telling SW to fxck only him for life and SW agreeing to it with the condition that they die together was cringy x8000. ╮(￣▽￣)╭ I cannot help but giggle though. And, can SW get a haircut? I can’t stand him looking like a downcasted hobo. If Koogi intends for him to die in the future, I at least hope he’ll die looking sexy.
