No, they're still uploading, they've just got lives and are a bit behind right now. Unfortunately a bot has taken over and has been scraping this lower-quality TL from another site. I personally prefer Bingsoo Cat Café (formerly Cosmic Cat Scans) myself, so I've decided to wait patiently.
