His mind wanted to go to his grandma, but his body and heart were so tired they wanted to let go. This moment in time is so very important for both Dan and Jaekyung. This is where we should see that hopefully Jae realized everything he did to Dan was messed up and hopefully he has changed and will do anything for Dan.
