Charlotte is a maid who has been working at the mansion for about a month she never went to school even though shes smart because her parents preferred to invest in her brothers rather than her education
Anna is the lady of the house the younger sister to the current head shes has been studying overseas since the war began she and her brother used to be close but after the parents died it changed
Matthew the current head of the house he just came back from war and was badly injured which is way no one has seen him in a while he used to be close to his sister but the sudden rise of responsibility after the passing of their parents changed that
The story so far:
Anna suddenly decided to visit the mansion and because her usually maid vanished Charlotte was assigned to be her personal maid (with another maid) the fact that Charlotte knows how to read and write made Anna give her a secret task 'send me a daily letter with everything my brother does' as conflicted as Charlotte is about this she has to do it otherwise she will be fired and with nowhere left to go
