I find it more attractive when it's realistic. it has to be proportional even if it's BIG big. The way it's drawn in many manhwa is just too out of this world, only dicks with abnormal condition look like that in real life.

Honestly yeah it wouldn’t be ideal to scare all those people but even it they do try to handle him and the doctor somehow does get away all those people are still at risk it’s better to have a safety net and tell all those people including there espers to not take any call or messages from the doctor saying he’s a treat and to take caution. Not only does that eliminate the threat he has but gives them more time to create a better plan to eliminate him.
They don't know how his powers work, so that's why they haven't stopped him. What if he already has motions in place for, "If this happens, play this recording." Or "If this happens, kill yourself."
