I really liked it at the start but this was extremely stressful to read as it went on.
The author loved adding drama until the very end the couple could never catch a break.
I expected a healthy relationship from this story because of how trending it was a few years ago but I guess it's my fault to assume stuff and then get disappointed over it not being the way i expected.
I genuinely liked the arc where jaerim protested and thought this would be like skip and loafer, a slice of life focusing on mc's relationship with each character.
The fact that jaerim was raped was glossed over so easily and Yuri's emotional struggles were prioritised genuinely made me gag and put down my phone.
The author tried to make this story good and deep and i really appreciate it but it just didn't go well.
If I had to choose the most normal couple in this story then it'd be dunno and ex president, their story was way more interesting, this is one of the reasons why I sometimes hate stories with two or more couples cause more often than not one of the couple's plot becomes half assed compared to other and the same thing happened here.
Overall, i really wanted to like this story but i just couldn't.

bless you author, the art is crazyy good and so was the story, despite being so short not one panel of smut unlike other short stories and plot was executed amazingly enough to keep you hooked till the end.

I read the comments first before starting the story and it scared me into thinking the story will be crappy but it's not???
Not completely good ofcourse but the enemies to lovers pacing is done pretty well!
Majority of the stories with this trope either make the couple fall in love after having sex once or just a few chapters in and they magically fall in love and forget all about their differences in personality, which is just bad writing.
I love the uke sooo much FOR CALLING OUT SEME'S BULLSHIT EVERY TIME AND NOT YIELDING!!! Such a breath of fresh air from those manhwas where the uke is spineless and licks seme's ass the moment he falls in love with him, and also loses the lil personality he had before that like ugh!
What was irritating tho was the constant homophobic remarks and the uke going "I'm not gay" like a thousand times WE FUCKING GET IT
The ending was abrupt no doubt, they should've stretched this out for at least 60 chapters to make it satisfying but it was fine nonetheless.
Overall a good story, also im a bit biased towards it cause it was a novel adaptation and they always write characters really well or at least better than an artist.
